Ms. Johnson is employed
with the firm as Tax Manager. She is responsible for a staff of CPAs and para-professionals who prepare corporate, partnership, trust and
estate tax returns.
The returns are prepared for public and private companies.
Her clients have status in approximately twenty states and several foreign countries.
She is also responsible for specialized California and Federal credits for
Enterprise Zones, research, development and manufacturing.
Prior to Onisko & Scholz, Ms. Johnson was a Tax Manager and responsible for all phases of tax
consulting and compliance for individuals, partnerships, s-corporations, trusts
and estates. She managed 250 partnerships and 50 various returns including high
net worth individuals, trusts and estates. She also has many years of
experience in Public and General Accounting.
